You can only transfer virtual numbers to other env-callcom-stagepremium.kinsta.cloud accounts in the PWA. This feature is not available in the mobile apps
How to transfer a virtual number:
1.Open your env-callcom-stagepremium.kinsta.cloud app
2.Click the “Numbers” button on the home left screen
2.Select the number you wish to transfer and click the “Transfer phone number” button
3.Click the “Select contact” button to select the env-callcom-stagepremium.kinsta.cloud account the number will be trasferred to
4.After you selected the contact, click the “Save” button on the bottom
If you want to get the number back, you need to reach out to the person you transferred the number to
